Team break! - Take a Tai Chi power break with Human Development! 🙏

Our mindfulness coach and Tai Chi teacher Janet Spiegal thinks that we, in the team, should have some more breaks during the day.

We really mean that ourselves, but when we work from home, we just find it harder to give ourselves breaks... It's like you're forgetting time⏳

As she says:
"Our mental resources are used more quickly, in a demanding time like this, and many experience both restlessness and elevated stress levels."

Therefore, it is important to give yourself a "real" break, where you inject oxygen to your brain and bring peace in the nervous system through focused movements.

You can easily make it a joint activity with the family. Maybe as a start to the day and as a break in the middle.

If you love it, it's also an excellent way to end your workday and explicitly mark the transition from working time to leisure.

We in the team have at least become happy with our Tai Chi breaks - so we don't think you should be cheated. 👍

You can always save the video for later for when you need it.
