The test uncovers your 34 talents and identifies top, middle and bottom talents. This insight provides an overview of how a given profile uses its talents optimally, and thus top performs. 

The test uncovers your preferred behavior, communication preferences, role in groups, knowledge skills, motivation, sales profile, leadership qualities, stress type, skills and challenges. 

The talent test is taken online and consists of a number of questions that are timed. The test takes about 30 minutes.. to implement. When the test is complete, you will immediately receive a feedback on your top talents. Together with us, we review the 16-page report, which delves into all your talents. It is on the basis of this conversation that together we uncover your talents and potentials.

The test can be taken at both individual or thematic and organisational level. At the individual level, you get an overview of your own talent mixand how best to work with them. 

Team:

If you have signed up with your entire team, in, addition to the individual reportsand test feedback, andthen a team report, with insight into how the team's talents complimentr each other. You get insight into how best to put the whole team together, so that the team achieves better results on the bottom line for the company. This insight, in the individual and the team's talents, is typically gathered in a workshop based on the team's specific everyday life and tasks. When the workshop is over, you will be much smarter about your own strengths and how best to manage and implement them in your daily work.
